We, the operators of this website, (hereinafter "lawra.ai") want to make your work easier. These Terms of

Service apply when you use the products and services of lawra.ai or our affiliates, including but not limited

to our Legal AI Assistant chat application and the resulting data and content ("Services"). The Terms include

our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Sharing & Publication Policy, and Community Guidelines, as well as

any other documentation, guidelines, or policies that we may provide in writing. By using our Services, you

agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and access

In order to be allowed to use the services of lawra.ai, you must be a fully qualified lawyer. You must be 18

years or older and able to enter into a binding contract with lawra.ai. If you are using the Services on behalf

of another person or business, you must have the authority to accept the terms on behalf of that person or

business. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You may not

provide your credentials or account to anyone outside of your organization and are responsible for all

activities that occur with your credentials.

2. Usage requirements

(a) Use of the Services. You may use the Services in accordance with these Terms, and we grant you the

non-exclusive right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You will follow these Terms and all

applicable laws when using the Services. We and our affiliates own all right, title and interest in and to the

Services.

(b) Feedback. We value feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions and ideas for improvement. If you provide

such things, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Services in countries currently supported by lawra.ai.

(d) Third Party Services. Any third-party software, services or other products you use in connection with the

Services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for any third-party

products.

3. Content

(a) Your Content. You may provide content ("Input") and receive output generated by the Services and

returned based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively referred to as "Content". As

between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Input and lawra.ai hereby

assigns to you all of its right, title and interest in and to the Output, subject to your compliance with these

Terms. lawra.ai may use the Content to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law and

enforce our policies. You are responsible for the Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any

applicable laws or these Terms.

(b) Content Similarity. Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs may not be unique and the services

may generate the same or similar output for lawra.ai or a third party. For example, you may provide a model

with the input "What is two plus two?" and receive the output "Four". Other users can also ask similar

questions and receive the same answer. Answers requested by and generated for other users are not

considered your content.

4. Changes

may be incomplete, incorrect, misleading or contradictory and is provided for informational purposes only.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. The use of our services is at your

own risk. It is recommended that you always compare and verify the information we provide with other

sources and professionals. The use of our services is approved for qualified full legal professionals only.

6. Disclaimer

the services are provided "as is" and "as available". lawra.ai expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind,

express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a

particular purpose and non-infringement. lawra.ai assumes no liability for uninterrupted, reliable or error-

free access to the services, and no liability for damages arising from the use of the services, including

damage to hardware and software. in no event shall lawra.ai for any indirect, special, incidental, or

consequential damages arising out of the use of the services, including but not limited to lost profits,

inaccurate or erroneous content, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information

systems or otherwise.

7. limitation of liability

in no event shall the liability of lawra.ai and its affiliates to you for direct damages exceed the total amounts

paid or payable by you to lawra.ai for the services rendered in advance of the claim. this limitation applies to

all causes of liability, including, but not limited to, contract, warranty, strict liability and any other cause of

action.

8. Other

(a) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lawra.ai with respect to the Services and

supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

(b) These Terms are governed by German law, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You and

lawra.ai agree that the courts located in the district of Munich, Bavaria shall have jurisdiction over any

dispute relating to these Terms or the Services, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

lawra.ai's services ("Content"). The Policy supplements the Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency

between the Policy and the Terms of Use, the provisions of the Policy shall prevail.

(a) Permission. You must obtain express written consent from lawra.ai before sharing or posting any content.

arising from the use of the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive

damages. This disclaimer also applies to damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions,

delays, loss of data or other problems in the use of the Services. This disclaimer also applies if lawra.ai has

been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

(a) Termination by You. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your user

account or discontinuing your use of the Services.

(b) Termination by lawra.ai. lawra.ai may terminate your use of the services at any time without giving

reasons. lawra.ai will notify you of the termination by e-mail. After termination by lawra.ai you will no

longer have access to your user account and your content.

Commerce in force.

remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the statutory

provisions.

(b) No waiver. lawra.ai may exercise the right arising from the terms of use at any time without this resulting

in a waiver of the right.
